In collaboration with our partners Corporate Real Estate Team the Account Manager – Workplace will lead operational teams across Guest Relations, Facilities Management, Events and other client contracted managed services. Responsible for the successful delivery of a holistic workplace services offering throughout our client’s portfolio.
In this position it will be critical to juggle internal and external requests, budgeting, team and vendor management, contractor management and overall analysis and reporting, all while delivering a memorable service to internal and external customers.
This will suit a person dedicated to providing a high level of customer service. This role will see you leading though experience and by example, bringing cross functional teams together to deliver success through engagement.

Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to -
Planning and implementation of cost effective and quality workplace services at all offices.Developing policies and procedures to improve compliance, efficiency and overall performance of the workplace services team.Staff Management of a diverse team of Guest Relations, Events and Facilities professionals to ensure optimum performance with the team environment.Strong data and analytical skills, be organized, detail-oriented and enjoy customer service interactionsAccountability for team coordination of Reactive Maintenance Tickets and of Planned Preventative Maintenance activitiesDevelopment of OPEX budgets, management of expenditure and contractor compliance For such a key role, we do set the bar high with our requirements. To be successful in your application, we ask that you can demonstrate the following:
6+ year’s experience managing workplace services, operations and/or facilities in a corporate environmentSound knowledge of WHS and contractor complianceAbility to manage multiple projects at any given time with a high level of expertise and skill. Able to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environmentPossess strong customer service experience; highly personable and service-focused with a well-rounded property background.Manage a team of service professionals and maintain a single point of contact for the WMS Leadership team.Results-oriented, customer driven, organized with strong attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands Our commitment to providing a safe and secure work environment necessitates thorough national police checks.
