About this role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to deliver a new IT solution for our Residential Project Marketing team. This role is central to implementing a unified CRM and stock management system that integrates marketing automation, reporting, and customer journey visibility.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and a third‑party solution provider to ensure the system is designed to requirements, thoroughly tested, and successfully implemented.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to capture workflows, pain points, and requirements.Define solution architecture and plan CRM, stock management, contract workflow, and reporting customisations.Support data migration, including extraction, validation, preparation, and upload.Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder alignment with the software provider.Develop and coordinate test plans, track issues, and ensure resolution.Assist with training delivery and create user guides for staff adoption. 3+ years as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation.Experience delivering projects independently or in a project manager role.Strong knowledge of real estate operations, especially residential sales.Familiarity with CRM systems and property technology platforms.Skilled in business analysis tools and Agile methodologies.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Property, Business, or related field (preferred).
