This is an exciting opportunity to join our Queensland Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and work on office and industrial portfolio for a key client.

This position would suit someone who has previously worked in facilities management. This is an onsite role location working with and reporting to the Associate Director, Facilities Management.

The key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the assets plant and equipment to ensure optimal asset performance, efficiency, functionality and appropriate life cycle planningDrive operational best practice by collaborating and administering a comprehensive compliance program; particularly in regard to risk management for critical site operationsManage the relevant budget expenditure for the assets in collaboration with the Property Management and Facilities Management teamManage maintenance and services contractors, providing expenditure and performance data for regular monthly and quarterly reporting requirementsManage tendering and procurement processes including implementing services agreements Actively maintaining compliance with regards to services, WH&S and OH&S obligations, completing audits and reviews as required by the client and the relevant legislationBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and the client To excel in this position, you will ideally have:
