The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with. Broad Role / Responsibilities Conceptualisation of projects for clients Identification of problem areas / concerns; exploration of optimal ways to tackle these Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Track project milestones and deliverables, prepare project dashboard Project planning, research, documentation, and presentation Deliver clear and compelling presentations of project findings, proposals, and progress Client stakeholder management, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives and drive successful project delivery. Prepare DPR, RFPs for various interventions Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements Experience in tourism/ architecture planning and government projects. Proven expertise in project planning, research, documentation, and presentation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and government authorities. Proficiency for project management, documentation, and presentations. Specific Past Work Experience Requirements Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in consulting or advisory roles, with a focus on Government projects or Public Sector Engagements, similar experience with tourism or architecture planning Educational Qualifications PGDM/MBA or Master’s in relevant fields Certifications (in software) NA Personality traits (a must) Strong communications skills, both written and verbal @ PwC 2 | Page Ability to handle complex assignment independently Ability to work with ambiguity. Taking a systematic, structured view of situations.
