Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through Human Resources solutions. You’ll handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding.
As Human Capital staff is expected to assist HC Manager and work together for implementation daily HC operation and projects, including:
Talent Area:
• Liaising with direct users on headcount need and budget
• Collaborate with the with recruitment team for recruitment process and monitor the progress
• Onboarding initiatives to improve new joiner: first day administration, new staff gathering, etc
Performance Area:
• Assist HC Manager for yearly performance review by controlling timely performance submission & review from user
• Performance collation data report
• Collaborate with HC team to define the key performance indicator
Report Management:
• Monthly HC report including recruitment report, employee demography, etc.
• Monthly Utilization/Performance Report
Operations:
• As HC business partner liaise with staff on ongoing issues, assist staff for HC related matters, etc.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or related degree. • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position. • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. • Has solid experience in Human Resource area: dealing with user, talent & performance area • Client service oriented, self motivated, detail oriented • Able to work independently as well as in team • Strong project management skills • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills • Good computer skills (MS Office of Word, Excel & PowerPoint). • Excellent English, both speaking and writing
