Our team helps organisations unlock greater deal value by providing robust value opinions and transaction model business advisory. As part of the team, you’ll research financial risks, provide forecast analysis, and develop financial models that assists our team in providing fair and accurate valuation advice and ultimately helps our clients enhance their deal value.

Responsibilities As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project • Prepare deliverables • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters • Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

Corporate Finance A career in our Corporate Finance practice will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, provide advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. In short, we’re a part of helping some of the world’s leading companies across industries originate, create, execute, and realize value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction to ensure maximum value for their company. Our team focuses on playing the role of lead financial advisers in sell-side and buy-side transactions.

Business Recovery Services A career within Deals Business Recovery Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our clients survive an imminent crisis or simply fix gaps in their organization. We help clients, reduce balance sheet stress, generate cash and reduce costs or refinance to find the best source of capital to support their business objectives. Whatever the solution, we help them manage challenges until the job is done.

Deals Strategy and Operations A career in our Deals Strategy and Operation practice will provide you with the opportunity to help the team build, develop, manage and run strategic capacity which will undoubtedly benefit both PwC and our clients. As an indispensable part of the team, you will cooperate with other business units to boost strategic capacity in the team and stay close with clients to better meet their demands. We help you bridge the gap between academic education and practical work experience by developing market ready professionals, and working to address challenges related to the preparation and delivery of complex infrastructure projects as well as other challenges relating to economic development.

We help our clients plan, finance, deliver and manage large scale capital and infrastructure projects. We also carry out other policy and economic advisory assignments related to the sustainable development of the country. As part of the team, you’ll work with our clients throughout the full lifecycle of an infrastructure project or a policy initiative by combining our financial, economic, policy, social,engineering, technology, and sector-specific expertise to help our clients make a difference for tomorrow.

Corporate Valuations Advisory A career in our Valuations practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. Our team helps organizations unlock greater deal value by providing robust value opinions and transaction model business advisory. As part of the team, you’ll research financial risks, provide forecast analysis, and develop financial models that assists our team in providing fair and accurate valuation advice and ultimately helps our clients enhance their deal value.

Transaction Services A career in our Financial Due Diligence practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. In short, we help some of the world’s leading companies originate, create, execute, and realize value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.

Our team assists organizations with both buy side and sell side due diligence. As part of our team, you’ll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analyzing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.

• GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas.

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
