About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join the PPQM (Policies, Processes, Quality Management) team. The role involves supporting quality management initiatives, process governance, policy compliance, risk management activities, and continuous improvement programs across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of quality management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

• Conduct reviews and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining policies, process documentation, and quality guidelines.

• Perform quality assurance checks, control testing, and process reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Analyze quality-related data, prepare reports, dashboards, and management information for leadership review.

• Coordinate with business teams to drive remediation of identified issues and track action plans.

• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and quality reviews.

• Facilitate risk assessments and assist in maintaining risk and control documentation.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.

• Conduct stakeholder communication, awareness sessions, and training programs related to quality and compliance requirements.

• Maintain documentation repositories and ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

• Stay updated on relevant regulatory, professional, and organizational quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Management, or a related discipline.

• 4–7 years of experience in Quality Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Controls, Process Excellence, Audit, or Governance-related functions.

• Experience working in professional services, consulting, financial services, or corporate environments is preferred.

• Strong understanding of quality management principles, process controls, and compliance frameworks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
