Farm Products Grading Inspector 1 (NY HELPS)- Wayne, Monroe, Seneca, Ontario at New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets. Location: Wayne County or Monroe County or Seneca County or Ontario County or New York. Role: performing inspections, conducting audits, sampling produce Requirements: Two years inspecting farm products for a state/federal agency (or approved college-credit substitution). Must perform produce grading and certification, conduct USDA GAP and country-of-origin audits, branding law inspections, storage monitoring, and sampling for pesticide testing; valid NY driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
