Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement end-to-end AI products tailored to specific business needs. • Lead business development: identify and shape new opportunities, drive go-to-market activities, craft compelling proposals, build relationships, and shape solution narratives to secure new business. • Build and mentor teams: lead and coach multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers while cultivating a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing. • Serve as a technical and strategic advisor: counsel clients on trends and best practices in AI strategy and implementation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience across data, AI, and analytics, including several years in consulting or a comparable internal transformation role leading initiatives from strategy through delivery. • Proven leadership with a track record of managing teams and delivering complex, enterprise‑level projects. • AI/ML: solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions. • Cloud platforms: experience with leading clouds, e.g., AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. • Programming: Proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g., Python) and familiar with at least one front-end language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript)
