Job Description & Summary:

Responsibilities:

• This role will collaborate with client teams and government authorities to ensure timely and compliant filings, helping the organization maximize available opportunities.

• Conducting financial analysis such as market sizing, business plan, financial modelling, strategy development

• In depth market research and analysis to assist companies in developing market entry strategy and public policy

• Assisting companies in setting up their businesses within India, including obtaining approvals from Central & State Government

• Oversee and coordinate all activities related to land acquisition, factory setup, environmental clearances, building plan approvals, and other operational permits.

• Preparing and filing representations with the government for various business issues faced by companies

• Track and monitor deadlines for incentive program reporting and renewal requirements.

• Liaise with various client departments (e.g., tax, finance, operations, HR) to gather required information and documents.

• Formulating Detailed Project Reports for companies across various sectors such as electronics, automobile, pharma, steel etc.

• Preparing proposals/pitch for client lead generation

• Help develop standardized procedures and checklists for filings.

• Provide updates and reporting on the status of filings and the outcomes of incentive applications.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced compliance in incentive tracking and management.

• Regular discussions with clients to ensure timely delivery of services

Mandatory skill sets:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and document management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience working with government incentive programs.

• Experience in factory set up

• Familiarity with compliance requirements at the state and central level in the incentives/factory set up domain.

1-3yrs

CA/ CS/ LLB/ Engineer/ Eco (Hons)
