• Finance Technology – Process Automation & Optimization • Management Level • Manager • & Summary • A career within PwC Managed Services will provide you with the opportunity to lead finance automation and process optimization initiatives at scale, enabling clients to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, accelerate financial close, and enhance operational efficiency across enterprise financial systems. • As a Manager, you will lead the Finance Automation function within the managed services delivery team supporting Bassett Health, a US-based healthcare system. You will own the end-to-end automation lifecycle—from opportunity identification and business case development through design, build, test, deploy, and post-deployment governance—across the Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) ecosystem. Your scope will include Infor IPA (Intelligent Process Automation), Infor ION workflow automation, RPA and scripting solutions, financial close automation, reporting/analytics automation, and finance process optimization across AP, AR, GL, FA, Projects, Grants, and Close Management. • This is a Managed Services engagement (not implementation or consulting). The role is a critical value driver for the engagement—automation directly contributes to PwC's ability to deliver services more efficiently, demonstrate continuous improvement to the client, and improve client satisfaction and outcomes. You will also lead and develop a team of associates/senior associates focused on automation delivery and operations. Note to Hiring/TA team: This is a finance automation leadership role—not a generic RPA developer role and not a pure finance operations role. The ideal candidate combines deep finance domain knowledge (understanding what should be automated and why) with hands-on automation/technology skills (knowing how to design, build, and govern automation solutions).
