As a SAP -EWM /WM - Senior Associate - Hyderabad, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills within our Digital Core Modernisation practice to deliver impactful solutions. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications - Optimizing supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives - Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members - Utilizing data-driven insights to inform recommendations and enhance supply chain performance - Managing project resources and budgets to validate timely delivery of solutions - Developing procurement strategies and implementing procurement systems to enhance cost efficiency - Coordinating supply chain activities to reduce lead times and improve inventory management - Designing warehouse layouts and managing warehouse systems to optimize operations - Embracing change and fostering creativity to drive process improvements and operational excellence
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) - Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain transformation - Excelling in inventory management and warehouse layout design - Managing procurement strategy and system implementation - Developing demand forecasting and planning operations - Navigating complex client relationships and inspiring team growth
