As an Associate in Deals Advisory - Deals Strategy, you will engage with clients to provide strategic advice and support in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. Within our Advisory practice, you will contribute to client engagement and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will play a crucial part in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. You will be part of a fast-growing Strategy& practice, working alongside the UK team in project preparation and execution. Your responsibilities will include conducting rigorous analysis, producing client-ready outputs, and contributing to the development of your team's technical and functional acumen. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while building your personal brand and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial assessments to support strategic decision-making - Assisting in the development of strategic frameworks for mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives - Collaborating with team members to deliver client-ready presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint - Engaging in rigorous data analysis using Microsoft Excel to derive actionable insights - Supporting client engagements by contributing to various project tasks and deliverables - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members and clients - Participating in practice enablement and business development activities to enhance service offerings - Learning and applying new tools and technologies, including generative AI, to improve project outcomes - Developing automation solutions aligned with client business requirements to optimize processes - Staying informed about local and global business and economic trends to provide relevant insights - Keeping abreast of the latest mergers and acquisitions trends to inform strategic advice
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
