As a Manager - Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring processes. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will focus on developing and implementing technology strategies that maximize value and drive successful deal outcomes. Your work will involve conducting valuations, financial analysis, and crafting strategies for post-merger integration, all while collaborating with C-suite executives to align technology with business priorities.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of shaping technology strategies that enable business value and deal success in complex M&A transactions. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising on integration and divestiture planning, designing future-state technology models, and developing financial models for IT.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of M&A technology strategies for integrations, separations, and divestitures - Conducting technology due diligence to assess IT landscapes and identify risks and value creation opportunities - Advising on integration and divestiture planning to align technology strategy with business priorities - Designing future-state technology models and architectures to support scalable business operations - Managing project delivery, including leadership and client conversations, to achieve successful outcomes within time and budget constraints - Developing financial models for IT, including synergy savings and cost analysis - Recommending enterprise architecture solutions based on industry practices and past experiences - Coaching senior associates and associates to deliver impactful results consistently - Engaging in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients - Building and maintaining internal relationships to enhance your PwC brand and contribute to firm growth
What You Must Have
- At least a Master of Business Administration's degree from Tier 1 - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
