As an Assurance – Financial Market - Treasury – Associate 2, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will be part of a team that specializes in financial management and strategy, helping clients improve decision-making and achieve their financial goals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions - Supporting clients in optimizing financial performance and improving decision-making - Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment - Applying financial management strategies to enhance client outcomes - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights - Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements - Complying with financial regulations and accounting standards - Engaging in economic forecasting to guide client financial strategies - Utilizing financial modeling techniques to assess and improve client portfolios - Building a personal brand through consistent delivery of quality work and client engagement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Economics, Other related fields of study - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: Associate of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Fellow of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) or Actively pursuing the Fellowship of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Certification requirement may be waived if the candidate has more experience in the relevant field and demonstrates promotion readiness - Demonstrating proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis - Utilizing financial modeling skills to support decision-making processes - Applying knowledge of financial regulations to maintain compliance - Excelling in communication and active listening with diverse teams - Adapting to fast-paced environments and varied client challenges - Developing commercial awareness and understanding business operations
