As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. • As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above. • Be involved in the financial metrics. • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients. • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen. • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. • Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management. • Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges. • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects. • Train, coach, and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development. • Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively. • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues. • Continue to develop internal relationships and the PwC brand. • Build a strong team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. • Actively engage in cross competency work and contribute to COE activities. • Demonstrating project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented. Strong Knowledge in 10-16 years of experience in SAP PP and SAP QM. Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the PP and QM module: PP with experience in MII is added advantage Basic Data Sales & Operations Planning Master Planning MRP Production Orders & Confirmations Process Orders & Confirmations Make To Order Make To Stock Repetitive Manufacturing QM in procurement, Source inspection, Vendor evaluation, Vendor selection QM in logistics, incoming, in-process & outgoing Certificate of analysis Sound knowledge in QM processes Quality control, Notification, Test equipment & SPC Auditing Batch management Should have good written and oral communication skills Must be a good team player 2 full Life cycle implementation experience along with profound experience in Support and testing projects, and S4 HANA versions as a role of Functional & Configuration consultant Besides, capable of dealing with onsite and off-shore teams to meet the project targets. Excellent cross functional knowledge and integration skills with MM-FI and SD. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in order to facilitate business/ technical discussions, document solutions and work well with people at all levels of the organization. Experience in Blue print, configuration and all phases of testing, documentation and production support. Possesses excellent experience in functional and technical requirements, study of business blue- prints, designing, development, fit-gaps, workshops, realization, testing, end-user training & support. Responsible for various phases of Testing: Testing strategy, Test scripts, End user testing, Test plans and End user authorizations acceptance. Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge Preferred Skills SAP Certification on QM/PLM Module Used Solution Manager in the implementation Worked on integration with other modules like MM, WM, SD, PM, PP Experience in any ticket management tool and support relevant work environment. Good Communication skill in English Strong understanding of integration with other modules like MM SD PP WM QM Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge Hand of experience in Tools like Service now, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC,LSMW etc.
