As a TPL Governance Lead-Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on talent and development. You will be instrumental in identifying, deploying, and enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams, you will strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.

Responsibilities
-Governance Framework Development: Help design and implement a governance framework that supports the consistent monitoring of Third-Party Labor (TPL) processes, in line with firm compliance standards and local regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with OGC, OFRO, and E&C teams to support adherence to statutory guidelines related to contractual labor and ensure alignment across functions. Audits & Reviews: Conduct periodic audits and reviews to help ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and internal policies, while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with JBRs (Joint Business Relationships) to support the fulfillment of contractual obligations and uphold workforce management standards across the TPL function. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to contractual workforce compliance, payroll, and grievance management, supporting transparency and audit-readiness.
What You Must Have
Strong knowledge of labour laws and the newly implemented labour codes Experience in conducting audits and handling legal compliance related to TPL/contractual workforce management Familiarity with social security regulations (ESI, EPF) and payroll management Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, Operations, and external vendors Bachelor’s/Masters degree with relevant experience is preferred.
What Sets You Apart
Certification in Labour Law. Compliance or audit certification.
