The Team The Team inside the stores collectively strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. The Position The Back Office Specialist contributes to the achievement of store objectives, ensuring optimal management of warehouse and administrative processes, as well as compiling target files/business analysis and email management.
Operation:
• Supports the relevant Deputy in the proper management of the Store accounting cycle (deposits, invoicing, tax free etc.)
• Ensures exchange of information between headquarters and store through updating StoreiQ bulletin board/supervision
Sales & KPIs:
• Ensures visibility and control of Store KPIs through data mining and business analysis processing.

• Sensitivity in reading KPIs
• Fluency in oral and written communication in English
