As a Senior Associate - Deals Advisory - Deals Strategy, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a fast-growing Strategy& practice within our Advisory Acceleration Centre. You will work closely with the UK team to support client engagements, contributing to the development of your own and your team’s technical and functional acumen. Your work will involve conducting rigorous analysis, producing client-ready outputs, and assisting with onboarding and training programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills within our Deals practice, helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive market and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making in mergers and acquisitions - Developing strategic frameworks and business plans to guide clients in maximizing value from their deals - Collaborating with the UK Strategy& team to deliver client engagements and support project execution - Utilizing Microsoft Excel for rigorous data analysis and creating client-ready presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint - Leading day-to-day project deliverables, including work-planning and problem-solving, while maintaining quality and accuracy - Assisting in onboarding and training programs for team members to enhance technical and functional skills - Engaging in practice enablement and business development activities, such as proposal responses and client interactions - Learning and implementing new tools and technologies, including generative AI, to meet client business requirements - Developing automation solutions aligned with client needs and enhancing operational efficiencies - Building internal relationships to foster trust and promote the KAC brand within the organization - Staying informed on local and global business and economic issues to provide relevant insights to clients - Using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address personal development areas
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
