As an Associate in Deals Advisory - Deals Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic advice and support to clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a fast-growing Strategy& team, contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will assist clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge. Your contributions will support the UK team in project preparation and execution, including analysis, research, output creation, presentation, and discussion. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can enhance your strengths, address development areas, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business plan assessments to support strategic decision-making - Collaborating with team members to deliver client-ready outputs using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Assisting in client engagements by contributing to various aspects of project delivery and execution - Developing technical and functional skills to enhance personal and team capabilities - Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in all professional interactions - Engaging in practice enablement and business development activities to support growth initiatives - Learning and implementing new tools and technologies, including generative AI, to improve project outcomes - Developing automation solutions aligned with client business requirements to optimize processes - Building internal relationships to foster trust and promote the KAC brand - Staying informed about local and global business and economic trends to provide relevant insights - Keeping abreast of the latest M&A trends to inform strategic advice and support for clients
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
