As a Senior Associate in Audit and Assurance - Digital Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the credibility and reliability of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information. You will focus on providing assurance services over clients' digital environments, including processes and controls, cybersecurity measures, data and AI systems, and their associated governance, helping organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while complying with relevant regulations.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills within our Assurance practice to uphold professional and technical standards, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

- Conducting independent evaluations of financial statements and internal controls to enhance credibility and reliability - Assessing compliance with regulations and evaluating governance and risk management processes - Providing assurance services over clients' digital environments, including cybersecurity measures and data systems - Analyzing complex problems and developing deliverables within client service engagements - Utilizing auditing methodologies and IT governance frameworks to support client needs - Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for process improvements - Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with privacy regulations and internal controls - Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to anticipate and address client needs - Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in navigating complex situations - Collaborating with teams to develop a deeper understanding of business contexts and changing environments

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
