As an Acceleration Center - DAT Assurance - AI - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes through digital solutions within our Assurance practice. You will assist clients in their business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, among others. Your work will focus on evaluating compliance with regulations and assessing governance and risk management processes, enhancing the credibility and reliability of financial statements and internal controls.
As a Senior Associate, you will manage engagements, design innovative audit solutions, and coach teams. You will utilize technologies like Alteryx, SQL, and Python to automate and reimagine audits, while building a strong understanding of the role data and analytics play in modern audits. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, joining team meetings, and overseeing deadlines and budgets. Your role will involve data management, analytics, and reporting to help organizations manage business risk and improve decision-making.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will enhance and build strong relationships with engagement teams and clients, interact with territory audit teams, and articulate objectives and testing results. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in data analytics and visualization, contributing to the transformation journey of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing client engagements and designing innovative audit solutions using technologies such as Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power BI, and PowerApps - Developing and implementing automation strategies to enhance audit processes and improve efficiency - Coaching and mentoring junior team members to foster their professional growth and development - Overseeing data management tasks, including data extraction and cleansing, to support accurate analysis - Conducting analytics and reporting to visualize data and assist organizations in managing business risks - Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to provide predictive and prescriptive insights for clients - Building and maintaining strong relationships with engagement teams and clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration - Participating in weekly team meetings to align on project goals and progress - Monitoring project timelines and budgets to validate successful delivery of client engagements - Engaging with territory audit teams to articulate objectives and communicate testing results
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
