As a SAP CPI Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations - Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP configurations to meet strategic objectives - Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies - Guiding teams in the seamless integration and utilization of business applications - Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP solutions - Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines in project deliverables - Encouraging team development through coaching and leveraging individual strengths - Identifying opportunities for business transformation and process optimization using SAP technology - Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to enhance data-driven decision-making - Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members professionally
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 7 to 11 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Excelling in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver - Utilizing strategic technology planning for business transformation - Embracing change and innovation in process optimization - Developing skills in design automation and process improvement - Mentoring teams in strategic questioning and professional courage
