工作內容： 規劃、執行並落實保戶服務暨收費作業之規範制定、數位化科技與一般專案、數位科技系統相關前置及維護作業，以確保保單服務作業之系統效能及運作正常、提昇作業效率。
1. 深入規劃新型態商品上市之保單服務作業流程及系統需求࿰
