As an Assistant Manager you are responsible for cost control, inventory, customer service and daily operations during your shift.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Must be able to perform Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver Duties when neededReceive and process in person and telephone orders accurately .Must be able to greet Customers and take orders in a friendly and informative mannerOperate a cash register and collect payments from customersAddress customer concerns and/or issuesOperate all EquipmentClean equipment and facility dailyPrep and prepare products for customersStock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.Take inventory of food and complete associated paperworkManage 10 -15 employees during your shiftMaintain a professional appearance in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards Team Member Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.Must be able to take a food safety course and obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.Must be able to comply with uniform standards.Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.Must have experience leading a team, you will be managing a staff of - during your shift.A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.Valid Drivers licenseAccess to reliable transportationFull Open AvailabilityCommunication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.Essential Functions/Skills:
