. . KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for driving the business in the region through all the available channels. To ensure the effectiveness of sales strategies implementation and sufficient sales support.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Performance To utilise, manage and maximize the company resources in the Region to gain market share to achieve company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI). To establish good rapport with the respective PIC/ Head/ frontliners of our distributors. To ensure effective implementation of any initiations from Head Office. To supervise and monitor the effectiveness of meeting KPI, sales campaigns & activities for the region.

Sales Support To monitor and ensure the sufficient operational support for sales submission through CPs & DCs. To handle and resolves any issues or queries that arise from distributors. To ensure effective communication of any enhance or new implementation of policies to relevant distributors.

Feedback To keep Head Office abreast of developments in the region’s local market especially in providing insight of the distribution channels’ needs, peers benchmarking, effectiveness of sales campaign/activities and recommend solution to capitalize on any business opportunities. To consistently be on the lookout for new ideas and opportunities in growing the business in the region.

Training and Development To assist in providing on-going training support that is relevant to each channel. To feedback to Head Office of any new training needs and to identify the relevant training to be conducted by Head Office trainer. Others To assume any duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Qualification A basic degree in Business, Economics or Finance or equivalent.

Experience At least five years’ experience preferably in the Fund Management / Sales & Marketing Environment. Experienced in managing and supporting distribution channels will be an added advantage.

Qualities Desired Preferably to possess leadership and with strong business acumen. Need to be resourceful, trustworthy, proactive, self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills. Equip with great determination, persistency to ensure delivery of result. Has the ability to perform under stress and tight deadlines.

Knowledge Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluent in Mandarin or other Chinese dialect(s) and Bahasa will be added advantage. Good at using MS Word, Power Point & Excel. Strong knowledge of the relevant investment industry and market will be useful. Eastspring is an equal opportunity employer.
