Progyny’s events director owns the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of Progyny’s B2B events portfolio, ensuring events meaningfully support pipeline growth, consultant and health plan influence, and brand presence in the benefits market. This role sits within the Enterprise Marketing team and works closely with our commercial organization.
This person balances strategic planning and operational excellence, translating market priorities into high‑impact conferences, field events and hosted experiences.
