Driving Requirements
General job duties for all store team members
Operate all equipment.Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.Prepare product.Receive and process telephone orders.Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).Must be able to make correct monetary change.Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.- Operate with smart hustle and positive energy
- Valid Driver's License
- Must maintain insurance on vehicle used to deliver
- 18 Years or Older
- 2 Years Driving History (If 19 years of age, 1 year of driving history)
Motor Vehicle Report Standards
- No more than 2 violations in the past 24 months
- No more than 3 violations in the past 36 months
- No more than 1 at fault accident in the last 36 months
- No more than 1 at fault accident plus 2 other violations in the past 36 months
No Major Violation (Conviction) in the past 36 months
Major Violations Include but not limited to:
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Reckless driving
- Any alcohol or drug violation
-Hit and run
- Vehicular homicide or assault
- Participating in and unlawful speed contest
- Eluding or attempting to elude a police officer
Pay: $13 - $19 per hour ( Hourly Wage + Tips )
Mileage Reimbursement and Tips paid in Cash at the end of each shift
