Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Arvin Post Acute | Arvin, CA (Bakersfield Area) Skilled Nursing Facility Competitive Pay | New Grads Welcome! Pay range $60-$65 hourly BOE Description: Arvin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, treat, and support residents in achieving greater independence and improved quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate residents and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on OT care per physician orders
• Supervise and mentor COTAs and aides
• Document progress and participate in team care planning
• Support discharge planning with training and equipment recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Current CA OT license
• CPR certified
• SNF/rehab experience preferred
