Now Hiring: Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. This position is ideal for an LVN who is committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. Pay Range: $29–$32 per hour, DOE Schedule: Full-Time Location: San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal resident outcomes • Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications:
