Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership & oversight of all nursing operations • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing nursing team • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations • Drive clinical excellence, quality measures, and positive survey outcomes • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care • Manage staffing, scheduling, and budget performance • Lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes and staff engagement What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a confident leader who blends clinical expertise with emotional intelligence and operational savvy. Qualifications:
