Role & responsibilities
• Proficient in designing of mechanical products using SolidWorks, UG or Catia. • Ability to manage the entire design process from concept to DVT stage, adhering to first principles of design methodology. • Capable of technically project managing multiple projects, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Sound knowledge of technical calculations relevant to Mechanical engineering, with a solid understanding of engineering principles. • Demonstrates a strong drive to excel within the scope of work and is willing to go the extra mile, including travel when required. • Working knowledge of DFMEA. • Familiar with ECN and ECR processes. • Proficient in using Team Center for product lifecycle management. • Effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering • 5 to 9 years of experience required in mechanical product designing. • Hands on experience in Solid works Sheet metal, Complex Assemblies & Drawings creation. • Hands-on experience in Team Centre, BOM creation, ECN, ECR • Basic Knowledge in Manufacturing processes. • Previous experience in the renewable energy sector a plus.
