Position Requirements Description Night Float CRNA opportunity 7 nights on 7 nights off schedule in Austin, TX with Austin Anesthesiology Group (AAG). AAG offers a flexible schedule in various surgical settings. Our diverse group is composed of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs who provide anesthesia services in a care team model; team members are exposed to a wide variety of complex cases. Our care team model means that we focus on everyone having a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Case Assignments • Our practice covers the full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP and more. • CRNAs do their own spinals; as well as epidurals and arterial lines on a case-by-case basis.
Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
