Job Summary
A front-line marketing representative, who qualifies leads, provides guest service and generates tour flow by performing the following duties.
Generic Expected Contributions
• Performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and/or projects. Often manages small projects, business processes or parts of larger ones. • Responds to, solves, and makes decisions on more complex/non-routine business requests with limited to moderate risk. • Responsible for own work and contributing to team, department and/or business results. May direct work of non-management staff. • Assists more senior associates in achieving business results by: • identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of business processes. • providing training and technical guidance to less senior staff, where appropriate, and serving as point-of-contact for problem resolution. • participating in setting department operating plans. • recognizing and celebrating team successes. • achieving results against budget within scope of responsibility.
• Demonstrates an awareness of personal strengths and areas for improvement and acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge. • Performs other duties as appropriate.
Specific Expected Contributions
• Positively represent the Company at any location assigned. Maintain a collaborative working relationship with hotel and any other third-party company employees. • Provide concierge services to all resort guests and members in keeping, maintaining the “service first, product second” approach. • Provide excellent guest services, including accurate tourist information of the region. • Inspire confidence in the Company through professionalism. • Determine guests' eligibility for promotional, gifted presentations, according to the standards described in training. • Attract eligible guests to preview the Company vacation club program using premiums (gifts). • Fully inform and confirm every guest about the sales presentation, according to the standards described in training. • Create curiosity about the vacation club and encourage guests to tour with an open mind. • Complete the administrative work behind booking, manifesting, and confirming each sales presentation. • Attend all mandatory meetings and training. • Complete special projects as assigned by Marketing Supervisor.

Generally, a professional position with specific knowledge in a discipline (e.g., Accounting, Human Resources, Information Resources). College degree and/or relevant experience typically required.
Specific Candidate Profile
• High School Diploma required. • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing. • Bilingual, ability to speak English and Spanish, fluently. • Demonstrate an ability to deliver high level of customer service in all situations. • Demonstrate the ability to build and develop strong work and guest relationships.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, prepares and reviews written documents accurately and completely, and answers telephones using clear and professional language. • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, supports team to reach common goals, and listens and responds appropriately to the concerns of others. • Stands, sits, or walks for extended periods or for an entire work shift. Ability to climb stairs. • Moves, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance. • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
