OUR TEAM: In the Production Department, we aim to deliver operational excellence by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes while continuously developing our people and capabilities.
MISSION:
• Achieve Business Unit performance targets across Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SMQDC). • Ensure team engagement, ownership, and accountability in daily operations. • Develop team capability and autonomy through continuous coaching and competency building.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in people management, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment • Proven track record in performance management (attendance, productivity, skill development, talent management) • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and positively influence teams • Experience in cross-functional collaboration (production, maintenance, quality, CI teams) • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus) • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization • Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java
Preferred:
• Experience in multinational companies • Knowledge or application of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies • Experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
