Medical Assistant - Mercy Clinic Southfork Urology
Location: 12700 Southfork Rd. St. Louis, MO 63128
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week) ✅ No weekends or holidays
Key Responsibilities · Room patients, vital signs Assists with procedures, EKG · Instrument maintenance and prep · Stock exam rooms · Documentation, scanning · Point of care testing · Basic in basket and refills · Communicate with physician or APP · Follow protected information policy, follow OSHA standards · Adopt PPE and Quality/Safety Policies · Medication reconciliation, injection administration · Schedule appointments, medical record releases · Diagnostic and ancillary order entry
Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Education Preferred: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Experience Preferred: One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting
• Comfort working in electronic health records (EHR) systems
