Learn more about us at www.webengage.com Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Customer relationship for collection and solving billing/ledger-related issues. • Following up and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders • Basic Knowledge of Tax Compliance like GST, TDS, etc. Requirements: • Excellent email skills • Good time management skills. • A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred • 2+ years of prior experience in corporate/Saas/Startups infrastructure • Basic computer skills with preferable prior experience working with accounting software like SAP, Oracle, Quickbook, Tally etc • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and customers. • Team player and self-starter
