Node.js Full Stack Developer Sr. – Remote in Guadalajara We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer as a Support Engineer L4 to join our engineering team . This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for building scalable, cloud-native applications . As a senior engineer, you will influence technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams . Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development support for L4 of full‑stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL Supervise the Cloud Architecture: Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services . Validation and improvement of API Management: Build scalable APIs, microservices, and integration layers . Propose experience for Optimization: Optimize application performance, reliability, and security . Strong Collaboration: Work with product, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions . Lead and conduct improvements to the DevOps team: Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices . Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root-cause analysis . Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving development processes and standards . Technical Skills Required Experience: Senior-level with 8+ years of experience in software development . Frontend: Advanced proficiency with Angular , including component architecture, state management, and UI performance . Backend: Deep experience with Node.js and modern frameworks such as Express or NestJS . Database: Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL , including performance tuning and schema design . Cloud: Professional experience with AWS , including designing and deploying production workloads . Support Experience: Debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance background. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terragrunt or Terraform) . Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) . Experience with GraphQL, DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, Athena, or Glue . Familiarity with ETL pipelines or data engineering concepts . Location & Schedule Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Rinconada del Bosque) . Modality: Remote, required 2 or 3 days per month in the office to maintain infrastructure activities. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM , and availability to support calls. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields .
