Salesforce Service Cloud Advisor - Hibrido 2790 We are looking for a talented professional passionate about technology consulting, platform strategy, and digital transformation to join our team. Responsibilities Advise on platform selection, architecture decisions, and technology cost optimization. Design and implement industry-leading technology solutions tailored to business needs. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud and platform strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment. Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic initiatives. Analyze complex challenges and recommend actionable strategies to optimize platform performance. Partner with stakeholders to influence outcomes and elevate quality standards. Support team growth by sharing knowledge and best practices. Requirements (Must Have) 3+ years of experience in enterprise platform consulting, advisory, or related roles. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced conversational English (required for stakeholder interaction). Experience contributing to strategic decision-making. Strong communication skills, Empathy, Commitment, Leadership. Nice to Have Experience in large-scale digital or enterprise transformation projects. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.). Experience developing reusable technology assets or accelerators. Core Technology Salesforce Service Cloud Location & Schedule: Location: Candidates located in Monterrey, Saltillo, or Mexico City (CDMX) will work under a hybrid model, attending the office 2–3 times per week. Modality: Hybrid / Remote (depending on location). Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
