Locations available: Brooklyn, NY Settings: Pre-school License/Qualifications: NY State Certified Teacher of Students with Disabilities Grades 0-2 and 1-6. Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Plan and provide therapy to children ages 3-5, collaborating with family and a multi-disciplinary team to develop goals and outcomes for the child. Administer services by implementing programs as per IEP mandates. Maintain a schedule of mandated therapy sessions. Maintain appropriate and complete documentation of digital sessions. Maintain digital records of current goals Make appropriate recommendations for services, requesting reviews and submissions of the annual reports utilitizing Yeled's digital tools.
