SAP Application Architect – Omnichannel & Customer Repository Senior Position – Based in Dhaka (Reporting to Basel HQ) ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Application Architect who can shape, design, and own the global SAP Blueprint that powers our Retail and E-Commerce operations. This is a senior and strategic role, requiring strong business understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate ideas into scalable SAP solutions. You will play a key role in building the future of our omnichannel processes, ensuring that customers experience the same TALLY magic across all touchpoints. It is a long-term journey: the position requires approximately 5–6 months of onboarding to fully understand our structure and operations before delivering major strategic impact. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop and maintain the SAP Application Blueprint across our global landscape • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, CRM, Finance and HQ IT • Implement and optimise Omnichannel processes, ensuring seamless alignment between stores and online • Work on Inventory and Warehouse processes, including CAR and stock flow integrations • Support the evolution of SAP modules (MM, SD, LE, CAR) to meet business and operational needs • Analyse business requirements and convert them into SAP functional specifications • Work with external SAP Engineers and internal stakeholders to deliver improvements and new functionalities • Ensure stable and efficient daily operations while driving continuous system enhancements • Analyse Customer Repository data to support better customer insights and increased sales performance • Manage SAP testing cycles, change requests and improvements using ITIL best practices YOUR PROFILE • 3–10 years of experience in SAP roles, ideally within Retail, Fashion or Omnichannel environments • Strong expertise in SAP MM, SD, LE and CAR • Experience designing or maintaining SAP Blueprints • Understanding of Omnichannel retail flows, inventory logic and fulfilment processes • Ability to connect business and technology, communicating clearly and effectively • Experience working with global teams and external providers • Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills • Independent, proactive and structured • Motivated by long-term ownership and continuous improvement WHY JOIN US • Opportunity to shape the technological backbone of a dynamic and fashion-driven brand • Collaboration with teams across Europe and Asia • Direct impact on SAP evolution and omnichannel processes experienced by millions of TALLY customers Would you like to be a part of our fashion story and become a member of the TALLY Family?
