Stratpoint is looking for a dynamic Partner Engagement Specialist/Manager to fuel our growth engine. In this role, you won't just sit behind a spreadsheet; you will be the face, voice, and energy driving our strategic relationships with global tech giants, resellers, and distributors. You will act as the ultimate liaison - managing partner programs, running co-marketing events, and keeping our deal pipeline buzzing across our business ecosystems. About You / Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B tech sales, marketing, or account management who brings a distinct energy to the team. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or any related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in Partner Management, Tech Account Management, or B2B Sales/Marketing within the IT services space. Full professional English fluency with exceptional presentation and communication skills. Well-organized and comfortable with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic CRM/pipeline tracking. Foundational understanding of the IT landscape (it's a massive plus if you already understand what AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or enterprise software ecosystems do). Your Responsibilities Nurture the Ecosystem: Build, develop, and maintain deep relationships with our technology partners, serving as their primary, go-to point of contact. Own the Pipeline: Manage and qualify partner-led leads, report on deal statuses, and make sure our sales team is proactively capitalizing on partner opportunities. Maximize Partner Perks: Ensure Stratpoint stays compliant and fully optimized with partner programs. You’ll handle funding requests (MAP/POC), monitor awards/credits, and coordinate required team certifications. Create Buzz: Collaborate with internal marketing and business units to execute fun, impactful co-marketing activities like webinars, podcasts, tech events, and email campaigns. Strategize & Align: Help create joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans that align our services with partner capabilities to drive mutual revenue and growth targets. Collaborate Internally: Work closely with sales, marketing, business heads, and technical leads to ensure successful partnerships and oversee deals to ensure opportunities are progressing smoothly.
