Position Overview: This technician must have the skills to meet the overall maintenance needs of apartment communities and knowledge to work with the team on preventative maintenance special projects. Our portfolio includes multifamily housing for families, seniors, special needs, single room occupancy, mixed use as well as business parks, and commercial properties. Locations: Locations :127th street Required Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician Conduct corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance in units and on the property Experience in, but not limited to, electrical, dry wall, plumbing, carpentry, and painting Possession of a valid California driver's license Proof of auto insurance Reliable transportation Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders Preferred Qualifications: Specialized certifications, such as HVAC, are desirable.
