Job Description: We are looking for a ' Business Analyst & VBA Developer ' with strong expertise in VBA and working knowledge of Python/R to generate actionable insights and automate repetitive tasks. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to - Writing VBA to autogenerate PPT reports by taking data from JSON and CSV files. Coordinating with the developers to integrate this into an application. Understanding our KPIs and subsequently structuring & analyzing the necessary data to generate business insights. Building dashboards in Excel & Power BI to showcase the insights to stakeholders and clients. Building workflow processes using VBA and Power Automate to simplify coordination between different teams and eliminate redundancies. Ideal Candidates should have - 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar roles. Strong experience with VBA Working knowledge of Python/R
