Job Description: Test estimations and prioritisations within sprints. Review of test artifacts such as test cases, testrail reports, automation scripts, reported bugs on different environments and/or RFCs (if any). Set in collaboration with EM/HOE and tracking quality metrics. Raise the quality bar by applying the best quality practices and testing techniques. Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports and their leader (EM or HOE). Push for automation skill sets within the team and automation first testing approach. Hands-on with 1 or more features. Participate in scrum events and tribe level OKR discussions. Set squad specific OKRs driven through tribe OKRs. Requirements: Experience with implementing test automation using automation test tools (Playwright, cucumber, selenium, etc). Knowledgeable in release pipeline process. Knowledgeable in web services and REST API. Knowledgeable in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Experience in coding/scripting skills in one of the following: Ruby, PHP, Javascript, Python. Passionate as a problem solver. Proactive, vigilant, responsible, and collaborative.
