About this role
Key Responsibilities: ● Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded MediBuddy ● Following up with them and converting them into leads ● Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information ● Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls ● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction ● Achieve sales targets and talk time targets Key Requirements: ● 6 months - 3 years of Inside Sales/Tele Sales/Outbound Sales/Customer support (Voice) experience ● Education Qualification - Any graduation ● Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi ● Good interpersonal and negotiation skills ● Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales ● An excellent Team player ● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback ● Knowledge of MS office
