Location - Bengaluru (WFO) Roles & Responsibilities: ● Develop and run the category and scale it to the next level (grow the category from X to 5X or 10X). ● Cross functional coordination with the internal teams and ensuring high performance. ● Own the category performance, analyze business data, and identify areas for improvement. ● Revenue Management as per business projection, achieve the GMV numbers. ● Ensuring seamless patient experience by liaising with various internal teams. ● Liaison with multiple stakeholders like - Concierge, Product, Marketing, Operations and finance to execute daily operations/tasks. ● Ensuring the overall category performance condition-wise. ● Design business projections and develop operational metrics to measure process efficiency. ● Develop operational excellence to meet business goals. Job Requirements: ● 5+ years of experience in Business Development ● Extremely data-driven and result oriented, think out of the box to bring extreme value for excellent patient experience. ● Excellent Leadership, problem-solving & communication skills. ● Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balance with supply. ● Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities. ● Preferably done zero to one and have built categories
