LEAMS Education is seeking an accomplished and visionary Principal to lead one of its prestigious UK Curriculum schools in Dubai, UAE. As a well-established and strategically expanding education group with a strong regional footprint, committed to academic excellence, innovation, and holistic student development, this appointment represents a significant strategic leadership opportunity within the LEAMS portfolio. We are looking for a high-calibre educational leader who combines vision with operational rigour and academic excellence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Principal will drive whole-school strategy, academic performance, safeguarding, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring sustainable growth and regulatory excellence. Key responsibilities include: • Leading strategic school improvement aligned with LEAMS Education’s governance framework • Ensuring high-quality teaching and learning in line with the National Curriculum for England • Driving inspection readiness and full regulatory compliance (UAE authorities and British standards) • Delivering measurable improvements in student attainment and progress • Strengthening senior & middle leadership capacity and succession planning • Supporting enrolment growth, parent engagement, and brand positioning • Ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency The ideal candidate will demonstrate: ✔ Proven senior leadership experience within a UK Curriculum school ✔ A strong track record of improved inspection outcomes ✔ Deep understanding of IGCSE and A-Level pathways ✔ Data-informed strategic decision-making ✔ The ability to inspire teams and build leadership capacity LEAMS Education offers a competitive tax-free remuneration package, performance-linked incentives, L&D platforms and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic and expanding education group.
