We’re Hiring: Investor Relations Analyst Full-time | Hybrid | Quito, Ecuador About Us AxisKey (formerly Industry FinTech) is transforming the world of private capital markets through technology, automation, and operational excellence. This role falls under Axis Ops , the operations division of Industry FinTech. Axis Ops oversees the day-to-day operations behind our investment platform, including investor onboarding, transaction processing, compliance workflows, and operational support. The Role We are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to support day-to-day investor operations and deliver an outstanding experience to investors throughout the investment process. In addition to reviewing investor documentation, supporting onboarding and responding to investor inquiries, you'll play an active role in helping improve our internally developed AI-powered support platform. By working closely with our Operations and Technology teams, you'll contribute to building smarter support processes that deliver faster, more accurate service to our investors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer support, operational excellence, and technology, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and is excited about using AI to improve the way teams work. What You'll Do Review and process investor subscription documents, investment orders, and supporting account information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct initial KYC/AML and accreditation reviews, identifying missing information and coordinating follow-up items required for investor approval. Respond to investor inquiries via email, phone, and support channels in a timely, professional, and client-focused manner. Guide investors through onboarding, portal access, account updates, document completion, and general investment process questions. Work closely with our internally developed AI-powered support platform to help deliver fast, accurate, and consistent responses to investor inquiries. Help improve the AI knowledge base by identifying gaps, refining content, and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date. Monitor AI-generated responses, provide feedback, and collaborate with the Technology team to continuously improve the platform's performance and the overall investor experience. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve subscription issues, confirm funding status, and maintain accurate investor records. Ensure investor documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor investor requests and follow through to resolution while maintaining a high standard of service. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance the overall investor experience. Support additional investor operations and administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken). 1–3 years of experience in investor services, financial operations, client support, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately review financial and compliance-related documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple investor requests simultaneously. Strong AI literacy and confidence using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve productivity and problem-solving. Curious about technology and excited to help improve AI-powered workflows and customer experiences. Comfortable working with multiple systems, CRMs, and investor platforms. Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and follows through on tasks. Highly organized, reliable, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points For Experience with KYC/AML, accreditation verification, or investor onboarding processes. Experience working with AI-powered customer support platforms, chatbots, or knowledge base systems. Familiarity with CRM platforms, investor portals, or fund administration software.
