BSG Law is a growing Maryland plaintiff’s law firm seeking multiple attorneys to join our expanding Personal Injury Department. We are hiring: Attorneys with 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience , and Entry-level attorneys (0–2 years) interested in developing courtroom and litigation skills. Job Responsibilities Experienced Attorneys Handle personal injury cases in District and Circuit Court Manage litigation files from filing through resolution Conduct depositions and court appearances Assist with trial preparation and trial work Communicate with clients and opposing counsel Entry-Level Attorneys Assist with litigation and case preparation Draft pleadings and motions Attend court hearings and depositions Work closely with senior attorneys for training and mentorship Develop litigation and client advocacy skills Qualifications Maryland Bar License (Required) Strong writing and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Personal injury experience preferred for experienced candidates Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Personal injury law: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
